Hi, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in the beautiful Orange County California with my stunning fianc JP and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry. My Instagram account is @annephung and the majority of my followers are. I blog about my day-to-day life, both positive and negative. I immigrated in to America with my brothers and parents in 1990, when I was just one and a half years old. young. I'm not here sharing my life with you if it wasn't because my parents are devoted to hard work and sacrifice. For the sake of giving them an opportunity to live a lucrative future, my focus was on success and worked hard to attain it. There was a specific plan for me for my life: college, land a job get married buy a house and have kids. The life I had planned to live was not as it was. In 2013 I found myself looking forward to going back to my work position because of the amount of money and fame that did not bring me joy- I felt like I was tossing my life in order to earn a living, but I realized that I was destined for more. I had a passion for exercise and being social and helping others when I was navigating this path. I was drawn to personal training. In 2014, I started my own business. It will be my seventh birthday in 2021. Few Asian women work in this industry. In the coaching industry I would like to make a difference by offering high-quality coaching to help others become healthier and happier. Also, I want others to feel empowered and able to pursue their ambitions and attain anything they wish to in life. My mother's tragic death in the midst of my professional career was growing I was suffering the greatest loss of my life. After eight years of battle with the disease, she is currently resting at Heaven. I will never forget her, and will always remember her in my mind as well as my heart. Lessons from life can often be hid from our eyes yet they can prove beneficial. The passing of my mom affected me greatly and I am convinced that she offered me a second chance in life. Her death occurred on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance for me to be given a second chance to live the most happy, joyful and fulfilled life. Now into my 30's I'm alive and alert. of the fact that I am living the present rather than merely living as the person I was back in my previous. My experiences are available to you in order you can hear from me about you the experiences I've had and my words. This will help you feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. You are capable of whatever you want to do if put your heart into it. Therapy is regular and essential. It is health that's the biggest asset. I hope that you enjoy your life to the fullest and end it without regrets, as it is death that is all that we are promised in our life.
