Angela Christine Watson was born on November 12, 1975. She is a model and actress American. in the American sitcom Step by Step, she was Karen Foster the daughter of Carol Foster Lambert (Suzanne Somers). Angela Watson holds a National Board Certified Teaching Certificate and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. She is an experienced instructional coach with more than a decade's worth of coaching and classroom experience. Angela began this site in 2003 when she was still a teacher. Her goal was to provide educators with useful ideas for their classrooms and build their positive mindset. The initial name was Ms. Powell's Teaching Management Ideas until 2008 when the site changed its name to The Cornerstone for Teachers. The change came after she had published her first work. Angela Powell's work on productivity and professional development is currently being utilized in over 45,000 public schools in the US via her 40-Hour Workweek initiative. It was originally designed for teachers, 40 Hour was later broadened in order to encompass instructional coaches, as well as administrators. It helps teachers be more mindful of their contract teaching and time so that they can concentrate on the things that matter.
